Beyhive = We LIE

So in light of Beyoncé's recent performance, I have to say congratulations on the accomplishments following:

1) Being the first Black person to headline Coachella.

2) Creating another generation of fanatics who are willing to pay exuberant amounts of money to see something that they could get for free.

3) for possibly damaging a untold number of relationships that were probably on the verge of a critical mass meltdown in the first place.

4) for playing into a trending topic that has been going on for DECADES. I'm talking about the entirety of the Black Movement. If we're lions and tigers and bears (oh my!); why are we announcing our presence like we are bush babies and feeding the hyenas of the world.

Are you really uplifting the world or are you cashing out on a captive audience?

The fucked up part of it is that we're lying to ourselves that we're benefitting from you and the footsteps you've made in the mud (because until someone else comes along and disturbs your accomplishments; they'll last.)

So to whomever stumbles across this post:

I'm not a beyhive hater; I'm merely a beyhive Agnostic individual.

Because: "What's a goddess to a non-believer?"

Or in my case: "What's a goddess to a skeptic?"

    I’ve never been a huge fan. She is way too over exposed. Hmmm...there has to be more. Will she be doing the same thing in twenty years or so...?

How do you feel when you look in the mirror? Regaining one self-confidence.

So I was by one of my friends to do a entry on seeing the you no one else does. Or metaphorically speaking, looking in the mirror. People sometimes look in the mirror in order give themselves a false sense of security (Everythings ok......., He/She's coming back......etc) And I mean sometimes it may work out, but there are "thoses times". The times its that one little that blows your self confidence out the water. The guy who you liked that went with the girl you hate. Or some chick blowing your head up, but only wanted your money. So your egos shot and you have no one to turn to so what do you do? Some lie, some do a self check and "look in the mirror". "But what if I don't like what i see?". Change it, its that simple.
